Shipping
All of our watches are packaged safely in 6x6x6 mailing boxes. Watches are rechecked prior to dispatch to ensure everything is in order. All orders before 12am are generally posted same day after this next day. All UK orders are sent special delivery next day service. International orders are sent International tracked and signed.
What are the payment options?
Paypal, debit and credit cards are accepted. We also accept orders via the phone on 01926408809 or 07538705792
What is your return policy?
Should you not be delighted with your Vintage Japanese watch simply contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions. Returns are at the cost of the buyer for unwanted items, on receipt a full refund of the item cost will be made.
Warranties
Whilst we dont offer warranty for service work on our Vintage Watches any items marked as serviced are supplied with a 6 month warranty should the watch subsequently fail to operate, accidental damage is not covered.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift cards for that special occasion or just that special treat. Our gift cards never expire. Simply select the amount and enter your own custom message and recipient email to send our egiftcard in minutes
